Fine jewelry rewards a little care. Here is how to keep your NorthStar pieces looking their best — and how we stand behind them.
Everyday Care
Put your jewelry on last, after fragrance, lotion, and hairspray. Remove pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid contact with chlorine, saltwater, and household chemicals.
Cleaning
Clean gold pieces gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth. For pieces set with stones, be gentle around the settings. When in doubt, contact us before using any cleaning solution.
Storage
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches. Keep them dry and away from direct heat.
Materials
Our earrings are crafted in solid gold and, where noted, set with lab-grown diamonds and other fine stones. Specifications for each piece are listed on its product page.
Warranty
We warrant our pieces against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or damage from improper care.

Need a repair, a re-finish, or a check of a setting? Email hello@nsgoods.shop with your order number and photos. We will advise on options and any costs. We want your pieces to last.
