Shipping Policy
Processing & Lead Times
Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order pieces follow the lead time shown on the product page (commonly around 4 weeks). Lead times are estimates and may vary with demand.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Additional destinations may be added over time.
Rates
Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on the item: $50, $100, or $250 depending on the piece. Digital products have no shipping charge.
Insurance & High-Value Items
Valuable pieces ship insured and may require a signature on delivery for your protection.
Tracking & Risk of Loss
You will receive tracking once your order ships. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the address you provide. If a package is lost or appears stolen, contact us and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
Duties & Taxes (Canada)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed by the destination country, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
